A workshop was held, with the participation of the delegation from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), in order to finalize the Prefeasibility Report that had been prepared with regards to the works to accomplish in the Pilot Zones.

The Congolese Delegation consisted of Councilor to the Chief of State in charge of digitalization Mr. MIGISHA, Dominique; Councilor to the Minister of Land Affairs Mr. TUMA WAKU, William; and Councilor to the Minister of Land Affairs in charge of digitalization Mr. MFUMUANGANI, Fulgence.

Representatives of HARMIAD attending the same workshop were Chairman of the Council of Administration Mr. BULUT, Hasan; Vice-Chairman Mr. KUYRUKCU, Ertuğrul; Secretary-General Mr. KACAR, Hüsnü; as well as, Bestami GEDİK, Memet DURAN, Mustafa ÖZBAKIR, Prof. AKDOĞAN Argun, Utku Yasa, and Bilal Sidal.

The workshop lasted for two days, during which the focus was on the Prefeasibility Report with regards to the Pilot Zones where digital cadastralization procedures will take place, laying the foundations for the development goals of the DRC.
