New Management Begins at HARMİAD

The Association of Surveying Engineers (HARMİAD) has begun its work after determining its new management team following the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on January 10, 2026.

The Board of Directors elected at the general assembly held its first meeting and distributed duties.
Accordingly;
Hüseyin Hüsnü KACAR was appointed as Association President
Ertuğrul KUYRUKCU and Hasan BULUT were appointed as Vice Presidents
Mustafa ÖZBAKIR was appointed as General Secretary
Bestami GEDİK was appointed as Treasurer
Recai BİLGİN and Melik SARAÇ were appointed as Board Members.

In line with the association's objectives, the new board of directors aims to strengthen cooperation with public institutions, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and international partners, increase the technical and economic capacity of the surveying engineering sector, and develop sustainable projects.
HARMİAD will continue to resolutely pursue its efforts to add value to our country through domestic and international projects in the new term.
