The negotiations between DRC and HARMIAD, which have been going on for some time, are moving in a positive direction. The Memorandum of Understanding, which is an important step in the negotiations, will be signed adhering to the principles of mutual goodwill.

The Memorandum of Understanding, which is in the nature of a goodwill agreement, also has the quality of being the first step in the implementation of the Pilot Project which will be launched in different regions of the DRC.

In order to sign the Memorandum of Understanding and to determine the Pilot Project zones, members and consultants of HARMIAD will be in Kinshasa, the capital of the DRC, from November 10 to 17, 2020.
